On a cool February evening, 70 guests treated their palettes to an unforgettable meal at the Fifth Annual Splendido Charity Dinner, hosted by Yannick Bigourdan and David Lee. The evening began with a cocktail reception in the wine cellar, followed by a spectacular four-course meal prepared by Chef Lee and his team. The guests also participated in a silent auction and raffle. By the end of the evening, the event raised $41,000 for Bloorview’s Play and Learn Nursery schools. But the excitement did not end there! Two donors very generously agreed to join together in matching the funds raised at the event and donate an additional $41,000 - making this year’s Splendido Charity Dinner the most successful to date, raising a grand total of $82,000.
