I would like to introduce you to
a new dining program at Splendido called the
“Splendido Cellar Discovery Series”
It is an opportunity for people to gather in our beautiful Wine Cellar for an
intimate evening of fine food, great wine and fantastic company.
A chance to have the time to talk directly with local and international wine makers,
importers/exporters, sommeliers, cheese mongers and other important and fascinating
characters in the food and wine industry.
This series is scheduled to occur on a
Friday toward the end of each month.
The evening will begin at 7pm with passed Canapés and Aperitifs
and will be followed by a 4 Course Tasting Menu created by
Executive Chef, David Lee and served with Pairing Wines
selected by Sommelier, Carlo Catallo.
Dinner will commence at 8pm.
