Overworked, overstressed and overdue for some TLC.

10 a.m. Bonjour Brioche’s brunch is one of the east end’s finest. And, as the menu is entirely available for takeout, Mom doesn’t even have to get out of bed to enjoy it. Mains $6.50–$9.
Noon. Tiny, adorable Tealish (198 Walnut Ave., 416-203-3301) carries more than 130 soothing premium loose-leaf teas ($4.50-$7/50 grams), including a wide variety of rooibos infusions, yerba maté and oolong, plus the Karma Collection of stress-busting Ayurvedic teas.
1 p.m. Devote the rest of the afternoon to the Spa at the Windsor Arms. The “Windsor Dream” package (three luxurious hours, $300) features an exfoliating treatment, Swedish massage, and mani and pedi. Further amenities—lap pool, sauna and steam room, tea on the terrace—are available for those who want to prolong their stay.
7 p.m. Splendido’s tasting menus ($130, plus $98 for matching wines) are pure bliss. Dishes range from beef cross rib to extraordinary suckling pig to Nova Scotia lobster confit. And the superb service and cozy setting will calm anyone’s nerves.
10 p.m. Let Mom conclude the evening with a luxurious soak, sweetened by golden Songe d’Or bath oil ($110) from Belle de Provence (2901 Bayview Ave., 416-512-2767). The half-litre bottle will likely last until this time next year.
